About the promotion

Sponsor. The Promotion is sponsored by ZEEK Ltd., a company organized and

registered under the laws of the state of Israel with its principal place of business

at 9 Hata’asiya St., Tel Aviv, Israel 6713909 (“Sponsor” or “Zeek”).

Eligibility. Open to individuals who are at least the age of 18 and who are a

Zeek customer who makes one or more purchases on any day during the

Promotional Period (see also Structure of Promotion section below).

(“Participants”).

The Promotion Period. The promotion runs for 5 days, starting on Monday June

19th, 2017 00:01 and ends on Friday, June 23rd, 2017 on 11:59 PM (the

“Promotion Period”).

The Structure of the Promotion. Each day during the Promotion Period has a

prize draw. Only participants who purchased on the applicable day will be

entered into that day’s draw. For example, if you purchase on Monday and

Wednesday you will be entered into the draw on those two days only.

Cash purchases only. Excludes amounts spent using promo codes or existing

Zeek credit. Excludes purchases of Amazon vouchers and Zeek credit vouchers.

Maximum of one-entry per Participant per day. Daily draw period runs from

midnight to midnight.

Prize Winner Selection. Winners will be chosen at random using a computer

script from all of the Participants who entered. The potential winner will not

receive the prize until his/her eligibility and identity has been verified.

● Daily prizes will be paid as Zeek credit, added to the winners’ accounts by

Midnight the day after the daily draw. The credit is non-transferable.

● Credit will be valid for use until 31st August 2017. We’ll remind you when it’s

about to expire.

● Sponsor has a minimum transaction fee of £1 (payable by card or Paypal) so

you’ll have to pay £1 even if you have won sufficient credit to cover the entire

transaction. Any unspent amounts remain in your Zeek account for your next

purchase.

● The first name and initial of the last name of the winners will be included in

promotional emails. For example, ‘John Smith, London’ will be shown as John S,

London. By entering the Promotion you’re agreeing to being included.

● We reserve the right to exclude Participants (or potential participants) from the

promotion for unfair use, including the creation of multiple accounts. RELEASE:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in exchange for the opportunity to enter

and participate in the Promotion and win the Prize, you, for yourself, your heirs,

next of kin, administrators and executors, forever waive, release and hold

harmless (“Release”) any and all rights, claims, damages, liabilities, costs,

attorneys’s fees, expenses, and causes of action whatsoever (“Claims”) that you

may have against the Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective officers,

directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”). This Release covers,

without limitation, any claims arising directly or indirectly out of your entry into

and participation in the Promotion, your status as a Participant, finalist and/or a

potential and/or actual winner, including, without limitation, claims based on

personal injury, death, property damage, libel, slander, defamation, invasion of

privacy/publicity, portrayal in a false light and any claim relating to the Sponsor’s

exercise of the publicity rights you have granted to the Sponsor hereunder.

Further, you hereby release the Released Parties from any third party intellectual

property claims arising from or in connection with your entry. This release

survives the expiration of the Promotion.

● INDEMNIFICATION. You agree to release, defend (or, at Sponsor’s discretion, to

pay for Sponsor’s defense), indemnify and hold Sponsor harmless from any

Claims in connection with the Promotion, or resulting from acceptance,

possession, or use of the Prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death

and property damage, and Claims based upon intellectual property infringement,

publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy as well as Claims arising out of

your breach of these Official T’s & C’s.

● PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by applicable law, participation in the

Promotion constitutes your consent to the Sponsor’s use of your name,

photograph, and engagement story for promotional purposes in perpetuity in any

media, worldwide, without further payment of consideration to you and without

obtaining any prior approvals.

● COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: The Sponsor

will collect personal information from you and the other entrants that will be used

by the Sponsor in connection with the conduct of the Promotion including (but not

limited to) notifying you and the other entrants if you are chosen as a finalist. The

information will be treated in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy at:

● GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, postpone,

suspend and/or modify the Promotion for any reason as determined by the

Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any of these

Official T’s & C’s shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The Sponsor is

not responsible for (i) lost/delayed Entries; (ii) email failures; (iii) any printing

errors; or (iv) any typographical errors.

● LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1)

any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by you, printing errors or

by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the

Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the

malfunctioning or unavailability of any computer, cable, network, hardware,

software, Internet service or website; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any

part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which

may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or

(5) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to your

computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in

whole or in part, from your participation in the Promotion or receipt, redemption

or use of the Prize.

● YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

EXCEPT FOR THE REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES ESTABLISHED

BY APPLICABLE LAW AS REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES THAT

CANNOT BE WAIVED OR LIMITED BY CONTRACT, SPONSOR HEREBY

DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY

OR OTHERWISE WITH RESPECT TO THE PROMOTION OR THE PRIZE,

INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS

FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR

ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES AND/OR EXPENSES ARISING OUT

OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION OR INABILITY TO

PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION AND/OR YOUR USE OF THE PRIZE, OR

FROM ACTS OF MISCONDUCT OF OTHER PARTICIPANTS OR THIRD

PARTIES.

● Unless prohibited by law, Sponsor liability shall be limited to One U.S. dollar

(US$1.00).

● DISPUTES: These Official Rules are governed by and construed under the laws

of the State of New York, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Except where

prohibited, you agree that: any and all disputes, claims and causes of action

arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded, other

than the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners, shall

be resolved individually and exclusively, without resort to any form of class

action, by arbitration conducted in New York, NY, by a sole arbitrator

(“Arbitrator”) in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration

Association (“AAA”). The Arbitrator shall be appointed by agreement of the

parties; if the parties fail to agree upon the Arbitrator within thirty (30) days of

notice of arbitration provided by either party, the AAA shall appoint the Arbitrator.

The Arbitrator shall be bound by the provisions of these Official Rules and shall

be made aware of the terms hereof prior to his or her appointment. Upon

rendering a decision, the Arbitrator shall state in writing the basis for the decision.

The Arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding upon the parties, provided

however that a party may petition a court of competent jurisdiction to vacate the

Arbitrator’s award or decision on the grounds of the Arbitrator’s failure to abide by

the provisions of these Official Rules. Judgment on the award or any other final

or interim decision rendered by the Arbitrator may be entered, registered or filed

for enforcement in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

● SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these Official T’s & C’s is determined to be

invalid or unenforceable, then such invalidity or unenforceability shall not have

any effect on any other provision of these Official T’s & C’s, all of which shall

remain in full force and effect.

Payout in Amazon Gift Cards Explained

You can now choose Amazon gift cards as your payout method on Zeek!
Please note, once paid, you will not be able to change our payout method to cash or Zeek credit.

As long as your voucher has not yet been sold, you can edit your payout method by going to: ‘My listings’> desired voucher listing> ‘edit’ (at the top of the voucher)> and change your method to cash/Zeek credit.

Please note that by choosing to be paid in cash rather than by Amazon gift card means that we will deduct the seller’s fee (12% of the asking price), which is not deducted from Amazon Payout.There is no seller’s fee for payout in Zeek credit.

I sold my voucher and chose Amazon as my payout preference, how can I redeem my Amazon gift card?

If you chose Amazon as your payout method, your Amazon gift card will become available to you in your Zeek wallet. You will be able to redeem your gift card at www.amazon.co.uk. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account. Please see full terms and conditions here.

What is Zeek?

We’re the gift card marketplace that allows users to buy their favourite gift vouchers at a discount and sell unwanted gift vouchers for cash.

Do I need to register to use Zeek?

Yes. You can easily sign-up using either your email, Facebook or Google accounts.

I never received my login email, what do I do?

Don’t worry, your email may have been redirected to your spam folder. If it is not there, please contact our support team.

I am already a Zeek user, can I use my login details to access the website?

Yes! Your account is valid for both the app and the website.

I'm having trouble verifying my phone number, what do I do?

  1. Re-enter your number without using the ‘0’ at the beginning of it.
  2. Please make sure you’ve deleted all previous SMS messages received from our system.
  3. Click ‘Send Again’ and you should receive it.
    If the second attempt fails get in touch with our support team.

How can I be sure using Zeek is safe?

All vouchers and gift cards for sale undergo several verification procedures before they’re sold. We ensure you are protected, and that all data is secure and confidential by using standard e-commerce protocols.

What if I want to delete my account?

To delete your account, simply send an email to our support team and we’ll delete it for you. It’s important to note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored.

What standard e-commerce protocols does Zeek use?

We use and follow strict SSL protocols to secure the transfer of data.

Does Zeek store my credit card details?

No. We use Braintree as our credit card processor. We do not store your full credit card number or CVC code after we submit it to Braintree. Braintree partially stores and protects this information. They are a major credit card processor who specializes in handling this information.

You stored my credit card information. How do I delete it?

We don’t actually store your full credit card details. We do store the last 4 digits of your credit card and some identifying information such as the expiration date. Braintree, our credit card processor, stores the necessary information to charge your card. When we let you make a new purchase without re-entering credit card info, we are submitting a charge request to Braintree. We don’t re-submit your credit card details.

If you would like us to remove a credit card as a payment method from your account, you can navigate to your account settings>Log into your account>Account info>Payment preferences. There you can find all of your saved payment methods and remove any if you would like to.

Will I be able to see all my transaction history on both the app and the website?

Yes. Any purchase you make through the website will also appear in the app and vice versa.

I received a promo code, does it expire?

All credit expires within 10 days of its claim, unless otherwise stated within a specific promotion.

How do I claim my promo code credit?

Please note that you must claim your promo credit before making a purchase. To claim your promo code:

Account menu> Promo codes> Enter your code> Click ‘claim promo’> Shop ’til you drop!

Where can I see my Zeek credit balance?

On our website you can see the credit underneath your name on the top right corner of your screen.
If you are using the app, you can see it after clicking More>Promo Codes.

Credit is automatically deducted from your purchases.

What is Zeek’s Share campaign?

Our share campaign enables you to earn a £5 credit reward for every new user who downloads our app and buys something using your unique share code.

How do I share Zeek with friends to earn credit?

To share our app, choose the ‘Invite Friends’ option through our app menu. You can then share your unique code via message, email, Whatsapp, Twitter, or Facebook.

When will I receive my share credit?

After you share the app with a friend, and they have followed these steps:

  1. Registered to Zeek.
  2. Inserted the share code you have provided them with in the promo section on the app menu.
  3. Made their first purchase using their credit.

What is a Zeek credit voucher?

You can now buy Zeek credit! Buying Zeek credit is a great way to save even more on your shopping. When you purchase a Zeek credit voucher, you will receive a redemption code. When you claim this code you will receive its full amount to your Zeek account.

Zeek credit vouchers are non-transferable and can only be claimed by their original buyer.

What can I buy with Zeek credit?

You can use Zeek credit to purchase any voucher on the market, apart from more Zeek credit. Keep in mind that you will not be able to purchase more Zeek credit vouchers until you’ve used up all the credit on your account.

When do Zeek credit vouchers expire?

Zeek credit vouchers must be used within five years of purchase.

How do I buy a voucher or gift card?

  1. Log in via the app or site.
  2. Select the voucher type and brand you want to buy.
  3. Pay using your credit card, PayPal or Bitcoin.

Why didn't I receive my voucher code?

Zeek has strict anti-fraud checks in place to ensure our marketplace is secure for both buyers and sellers. As part of this procedure our payment processing system may automatically block a transaction that it has cause to believe is potentially fraudulent. Occasionally our algorithm gets it wrong and locks orders until they are manually reviewed. So we can review and process your order, please email support@zeek.me.uk and we’ll unlock and process the order as quickly as possible.

If you do not contact our support team within 48 hours, the transaction will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

We appreciate checks of this nature can be very frustrating but hope you understand these measures are in place to keep all our customers safe.

When will I receive my voucher or gift card?

Physical vouchers should be received within 7 business days while electronic vouchers can be used immediately after purchase.

Can I return an item I have just purchased?

Zeek purchases are non-refundable unless covered under our 1 year money back guarantee. This policy in is place to protect all of our members. For security reasons, an eGift card with a valid balance cannot be refunded once the serial number is sent to your Zeek wallet.

What does the Zeek 1 year 100% money back guarantee cover?

  1. Inactive items.
  2. Items with an inaccurate balance.
  3. Items delivered as a different brand than ordered.
  4. Items not received within 30 days from the date of purchase.

What does the Zeek 1 year 100% money back guarantee NOT cover?

Our marketplace is built upon the concept of trust. Whether you’re shopping or selling, we want to ensure you have the most positive experience on Zeek. With this in mind, every order is backed by the following guarantee.

  1. Buyer’s remorse/change of mind.
  2. Requests received outside of one year.
  3. Misinterpretation of delivery method/time.
  4. Misinterpretation of redemption method or timing of delivery.
  5. Items lost or misplaced by the buyer.
  6. Failure to apply promo code before purchase.

Unfortunately our platform is not available outside the UK at this time but please keep following us on Facebook, Twitter and through our Blog to see which countries we’ll be launching in next!

My payments aren't going through, what can I do?

We’re sorry that you were unable to make a purchase, we know this must be very frustrating.
It is possible that your payments are being declined by your bank, but there may be several different reasons:
 
1. Incorrect credit card number or expiration date
2. Insufficient funds
3. Some banks will reject charges based on location
4. Some banks will reject charges based on their own fraud rules
 
We recommend making sure that your details are correct and that you have sufficient funds. If so, please contact your bank to confirm it is you making the purchase. In this case, they will be able to remove the block.
Should all of these suggestions fail – please contact our team for help.

Why do I have to pay £1 when I have enough credit to cover my purchase?

Even if you have enough credit to cover the cost of your voucher we must charge you £1 in order for your purchase to be processed.
For security reasons all purchases must go through the payment processor.

I want to sell a voucher, how does it work?

  1. Go to the ‘Sell’ tab.
  2. Select your desired brand from our list or create a new brand.
  3. Fill in the required details (uploading a photo is required when using our mobile app).
  4. Set your desired discount.
  5. Wait for your voucher to be approved!

I want to upload a voucher for sale, but I can't find the brand I need on the brand list, what do I do?

Not to worry, first make sure you’re spelling the brand name correctly. If you still cannot see your brand, you can simply write the full brand name without selecting it from the list and we’ll create a new brand for you.

What can I sell on Zeek?

You can sell any unwanted physical gift cards, printable eVouchers or eGift cards that meet our selling terms.

What are Zeek’s selling terms?

We don’t accept coupons or discount vouchers. Before uploading gift cards or vouchers, please make sure to check the following:

1. We’re able to verify the balance, either online or by phone.

2. The gift card or voucher brand you’re selling has at least 5 stores/branches in your home country.

3. Your voucher is over £10 and under £500.

4. Your voucher has a validity of at least one month (if digital) or three months (if physical) from the time of upload.

Does selling a voucher cost money?

For each sale you make you’ll be charged a processing fee of 12% of the card’s asking price, the minimum fee is £4.

How much should I sell my gift vouchers for?

You can set your own selling price as long as it is at least 7% less than the face value of your voucher.

I've changed my mind after uploading the voucher for sale, what do I do?

As long as your voucher hasn’t been sold, all you’ll need to do is remove it from the marketplace by going to ‘My listings’ and deleting it.

What do I do with the voucher that I’ve sold?

If you’ve sold a digital voucher, there’s no need to keep it. However, if you’ve sold a physical voucher, you’ll need to mail it to our offices so that we can forward it to its new owner.

We recommend mailing your voucher using Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery (£1.74) and holding on to your tracking number until we’ve confirmed your voucher’s arrival.

My voucher has been sold! How will I receive my payment?

Congrats! Now simply go to your account settings>payments>seller payment options and fill in your preferred payment method (PayPal/bank transfer)!

I sold my voucher. When will I be paid?

If you sold a digital voucher you’ll be paid within 14 business days from date of sale.

If it’s a physical voucher, you’ll receive payment within 14 business days from the date the card reaches our offices after sale.

Why are payments not immediate?

The reason it takes up to 14 business days to receive your payment is purely for security reasons, giving us time to verify both the gift card and the buyer.

How do I become a bulk seller?

If you plan on selling more than 25 vouchers per month you are invited to join our bulk seller program! Just contact us at: partners@zeek.me
